Gareth and his team were friendly, punctual and really went out their way to help me in every aspect. I’ve always been a bit cautious about tradesman but I would have absolutely no concerns about using this company for every project in the future. The job was completed to a high standard and I’m absolutely delighted!

Ark developers was up to a challenge when I purchased a property before knowing the full extent of what needed to be done to make it habitable. They where able to carry out works to Floors walls ( plastered to a fantastic finish ) All electrics All plumbing Period doors and windows fitted ( I was supposed how quickly the turn over was for one of his team to refurbish and repair the original windows that could be saved) Full kitchen Bathrooms x 2 En-suite x1 Exterior works Cast gutters replaced for pvc ( cast alternative ) Period lighting. Couldn’t recommend enough

Gareth from ark developers did work to the Rear exterior timber frame extension created. All interiors finished to a high standard and all floors custom made by one of his colleagues He also helped source other trades and gave advise on my idea for a living “ grass roof “ I’m delighted with the work and will be getting more done in the summer , needless to say I have a great reliable builder I can trust to go to !

Gareth and his team are fantastic, they came to quote for our loft and went over and above to give us what we wanted, we actually had 4 other builders in to quote and they where in and out the door in minutes. Gareth and his team spent the time going over everything to help us with how to utilise the dead spaces and location of the staircase as or original idea left us using our own bedroom for access. We now have an extra bedroom with private access and a very happy grandchild
