Incredible services provided by Paul at Arkidec. From start to finish Paul was professional and courteous and made us feel at ease with the project. We worked together to establish a plan of the works and agreed on what the completed deck would look like and the finished article was spot on and exactly as designed. This was no small job as it involved removing our old wooden deck and building a completely new frame and 2 tier deck with fencing and balustrades and Paul worked tirelessly to complete on time within the quoted cost. Thanks Paul for the great work.

Arkidec from start to finish were professional, reliable and affordable. Gave good advice and different ideas which we took on board. One panel in the box was a slightly different colour which we could not tell the difference but the designer/fitter would not lay it. He ordered another box so the whole area matched making the attention to detail excellent. Our fitter took pride in his work and we were delighted with the finished product therefore planning to have Arkidec back in the Summer for a bespoke pergola build.

Our initial meeting involved me providing Arkidec with a rough drawing and my ideas for the project. They supplied detailed drawings, samples and examples of previous works which I researched and we agreed on what was required. I accepted the quote and agreed a start date. Work started on time and was completed on budget - despite me asking for a couple of alterations along the way. The completed projected was better than I expected and my wife and I have had numerous compliments on our new deck. Would definitely recommend Arkidec to anyone looking for help with a decking project in the future.
