Old downstairs toilet, sink and radiator Removed and new ones fitted. Also pipes changed
Brad and Brad we’re both polite, tidy and very professional. Some items were delayed due to the coronavirus but I was informed promptly. We are very pleased with the work done and will be having our en-suite and bathroom fitted by ARK.

Fitting new pressure release valve on my uninvented pressurised water system
Bradley and his colleague were polite they took their shoes a before they went upstairs in my house. They showed me a card to evidence their certification to do the job that I needed done. They knew straightaway what the problem was from inspection and went away to get the parts needed. Work was done quicker but to perfection. They were funny and we talked and joked about how hot my loft was as they worked. Lovely gentlemen and very confident at what they do. I would recommend them to anyone needing same service.

New Stopcock Fitted
Phoned the number for an emergency changing of our Stopcock as we had a plastic one that had become faulty. They were here within 20 minutes of calling, they didn't have the part they needed on the van so went out and got it and we're back within 5 minutes. Carried out the work and it was all done in less than an hour. They were polite, courteous and did an amazing job. Couldn't fault them at all, I would highly recommend them again and will be using them for all future plumbing work.

Fitted a new Kitchen tap and A new toilet
The guys were polite on every visit and offered a number of options for what we asked for. They were happy to explain what they would be doing when they were doing it. They finished the work and made sure they’d left everything as they found it and weren’t phased when our dog constantly interrupted for attention! I’ll continue to recommend them to family and friends

New radiators moved and fitted
Great work from Ark Plumbing. New radiators and pipe work installed, will look brilliant. Very professional at all times. Would definitely recommend their service to anyone needing a plumber.

Issue with bathroom tap
These guys are absolutely brilliant. Professional, tidy, punctual. They even provided me advice on something that I hadn’t booked them for and they didn’t charge, nor were they looking at selling to me because of this. I would definitely recommend anyone requiring this service in the area to choose this company, they were excellent!
