Poor service. I requested a deep clean during the first week of moving into a property I had just purchased. The cleaner did not seem very experienced — the crevices of the oven and cabinets were still greasy, and they refused to use a ladder to clean the top cupboards. Overall it did not reflect a three-hour deep kitchen clean.
The company offered a 15% discount and a re-clean. However, we expected a high standard from the outset and brand new kitchen appliances were arriving just days after the booking so the cleaning dates didn’t line up. We ended up doing a much better job ourselves

Hi Renaye, thank you for your feedback. We attempted to contact you twice to discuss this further but unfortunately received no response. In your initial complaint, some of the points raised here, particularly the alleged refusal to carry out work, were not mentioned. This directly breaches our company standards. Had we known at the time, we would have issued a full refund and withheld payment to the cleaner. We also offered a re-clean and discount to resolve matters. Unfortunately, these additional concerns were only raised over a month after the service and after the cleaner had been paid.
