Removal of asbestos tiles on landing - they cut through a heating pipe after not checking what was beneath the floorboards, causing water to run through the ceiling to our ground floor. He said “there was no way he could have known it was there” . Apart from the tool we have to check for pipes? They also left behind bits of tiles and seemingly did not clean up behind themselves. Absolutely furious that they charge for professional asbestos removal and don’t actually remove said asbestos.

David was very responsive when I made the initial enquiry about getting the test done, and quickly arranged it for just a few days later. The team who came to site were on time and very helpful. We had the results back in just a few days. I was overall very pleased with the service.

Both the workers were competent and polite and they carried out the work of removing the asbestos garage. And disposing of the asbestos sheets in a controlled manner and made sure everything was clean and tidy after they had finished. They arrived on time when they said they would. And at all times were polite and informative. Overall a job well done.
