Andrew was excellent in every respect. He came within an hour of my phone call, he explained clearly what the problem was and fixed it within half an hour. Friendly and efficient, I would recommend him without hesitation and will certainly use him in the future if I have a problem

Andy was very professional and polite, arrived exactly on time, explained and demonstrated the new lock and gave us five new keys for it. He also made other door adjustments beyond the work contracted, which was so helpful

Came the same day and repaired our UPVC back door lock, despite the age of the door (over 20 years). Very helpful advice and reasonable price. Would definitely recommend ARM Locksmith to others.
