Tom was replacing tiles on my neighbour's house (houses are semi-detached). Tom checked the ridge tiles of my house and they were barely held on as previously (10 years ago) builders had not done a good job. I agreed a price with Tom to do the work on my house too. He and his nephew bought materials and did the work a couple of days later. Very hard-working friendly and great guys to do this job. Quote was reasonable and they did a video before I booked them, which showed what needed doing. This visit I needed brickwork rendered in the garden together with a small area being cemented over and raised up. All work done efficiently and professionally. Very happy with results. Tom has previously completed work on my property on many occasions , including repointing and rendering various external walls, creating and painting a plinth round external house walls, taking a chimney down and repairing the roof. We were impressed with the work that Armstrong and Sons had previously completed for us, and booked them in to complete a number of other jobs on our property. Tom was prompt in giving us a quote and getting started on the works, which didn’t take him long to complete. Works in question were to repoint the chimney stack on the roof of the property, and removal of a small tree that had begun growing out of the stack. We are extremely satisfied with the end results. Armstrong and Sons came highly recommended from a friend and they were quick to come over and provide us a quote. The works in question consisted of renewing our garage felt roof and timbers as well as the fascia and guttering. They were an absolute delight and were very friendly in explaining the works being undertaken and providing updates throughout. All works were completely in a timely manner and was done to the highest standard at the quote provided.
