  Extension and patio

  Adrian built a large extension for us last year. He did an amazing job. We couldn't be happier with the outcome of the extension and patio area he created for us. His knowledge is amazing and advised us every step of the way. We had an extension built by Adrian, underfloor heating put in throughout the ground floor, and a patio area built. He was able to find us additional trade people as required. We would definitely recommend Adrian Armstrong Building Services to anyone. His attention to detail is excellent and the finished product is amazing. Thank you Adrian.

  Porch with toilet

  Adrian was always on time, very professional and very approachable, he listened to any changes we needed changing. Adrian carried out exceptional work he even did extra work on raining days. Adrian is a perfectionist and completed our work with outstanding results, to be fare better than expected. Overall fantastic and we have him booked in again for this year. 💯

  Garage conversion

  Adrian converted my garage and it is amazing. Everything looks so high spec and everything is just perfect and exactly what I wanted. Would highly recommend. Will be definitely call Adrian for any building work that we need doing again. Thank you

  Rear extension

  Second story extension

  Adrian was involved in my extension build from the very start when it was just an idea. He advised me every step of the way on who to speak to and what I needed to do next. His quote from the start was accurate and his quality of building work is brilliant. He even helped us get the kids involved in the local football club with his extensive ties to the community. If your looking for a reliable / experienced builder then give Adrian a call.

  Side first floor extension

  Adrian completed our extension incorporating a new bedroom and bathroom. He kept us fully informed throughout the job and advised us on some of the details that we had never thought of. Adrian was extremely reliable throughout the job, turning up early each day. He even came on weekends/ bank holidays near the end of the job to complete it. At the end of each day, Adrian tidied up and kept any mess to a minimum. We really appreciated this. Adrian's workmanship was excellent and he has a good attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.
