Initial contact favourable although very busy he did say that he would come and take a look in 5 days time, so we waited for him to turn up. He never did and no contact. This is one of the main aspects that really annoy people about tradesmen, they don’t turn up when they say they will. How this company has checkatrade status is beyond me. Isn’t reliability and punctuality one of its virtues. Sadly not for this company

Mixer tape replaced, minor pipe adjustments made - while an easy job for a plumber the setup and removal was different to standard and awkward enough to need a professional - all done within quote and sorted smoothly.

Ben Armstrong helped a great deal in taking our project forward as the company, Bathstore, went bankrupt after we had chosen the fittings. He sourced original choices and put forward acceptable alternatives so that the work could take place. All the specialist tradesmen used were excellent. When any issues arose we were kept abreast of the proposed solutions. Ben is an excellent communicator.

Very impressed from first visit to do survey until completion of job. Communication was excellent at all times.

Paul and Anthony turned up on time. The work was explained again, they fixed the issue, fitted a new pump and for the first time in a long time all our radiators were working full blast. Highly recommend Ben and his team.

The work was done efficiently and to a high standard. All necessary key details were explained beforehand and any challenges faced were discussed which built confidence that the job was done to my satisfaction.
