Finally, a plumber who actually turns up and fixes something!

Arnie was our plumber pre-pandemic, and we were both deeply depressed when he moved abroad. Multiple other plumbers turned up, knowing what they were quoting for and never EVER rang back. It wasn't just small jobs either - we need a new boiler too! After number FIFTEEN failed to turn up at all, I was scrolling hopelessly through the GasSafe website and saw Arnie was back! I let out a little shriek of delight! 36 hrs later we have 2 flushing toilets for the first time in years! He's reliable, reasonable, funny, keen to repair rather than replace if possible - we couldn't be happier he's back!

No heating or hot water

Woke up with no heating or hot water, called and engineer arrived very quickly, fixed the boiler, was a lovely bloke, left everything clean and tidy, wonderful job
