Excellent. Initially employed to strip out and fit a bathroom they did brilliant job, listened to my needs, worked with the space, explained what was happening. Also were neat and tidy and cleaned up after themselves. Turned up when they said they would. Then used them for a flat roof strip and rubber roof and guttering fitting. Also excellent, worked hard and long days when needed. Minor issue with one bit of guttering resolved within 24 hours.

The second job that Arrowmark have done for us. Again efficiently completed.

Excellent - good, clear communication and quote, support via email for tiling and flooring choices as I couldn't get to the showroom, job done to a high standard, cleaned up after themselves, communicated and checked details throughout.

The whole process from start to finish was really good. Complete rip out (tiles, bath, toilet and basin etc.) and instal. Rob Boyle, the installer, was great, offering sound advice based on his experience and consulting with us on the positioning of items prior to fitting.

My wife and I visited the Arrowmark showroom in Chester le St and we viewed a large selection of bathroom design and tiling. Gavin the owner was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and we asked him to visit our house for a quote which was very reasonable. The bathroom installation began four weeks later on 13th April 2026 and Rob the installer was competent and his attention to detail was excellent. Gavin the tiler made a super job of the tiling and John the electrician was very competent as well. I would fully recommend and use Arrowmark for home improvements in future.

We needed a bathroom revamp (2 rooms knocked into 1) to make life easier. During the initial interview Gavin listened and spoke to my elderly Mam to fully understand what was needed. The advice then given was very useful. All the tradesmen that came were all very polite and kept us informed throughout the day. We do want to mention Rob who went the extra mile for my Mam, he kept her updated, ensured she was happy, and whether she needed anything. He made the whole experience easy for her. I would totally recommend this company.
