From first to last a good, professional experience. Gavin was helpful, knowledgeable and gave good advice while we were deciding on what to do and who to choose. Was able to start earlier than planned. Rob arrived when he said he would, communicated well, gave good advice when decisions needed to be made and worked really hard. His work was really good quality, he was tidy when working, cleared up very well and took away everything at the end of every day. He respected our home. Other trades, plasterer, electricians and tilers were also of good quality. Would recommend to anyone.

We are delighted with our new bathroom. Everyone involved from design to installation were polite, hard working and professional. Gavin was especially patient, when I kept changing my mind about the design. John, Rob and the team always communicated with me about the project and worked hard to ensure it finished on time, always tidying up after each day’s work.

The standard of finished delivered by Rob and Sam is exceptional, they consulted throughout the process ensuring they met my needs; they are by far the tidiest contractors Ive ever worked with. There isn’t enough space to share how incredible they have been and how impressed I am with Rob’s experience, knowledge and skills. Whilst they may appear slightly more expensive, the spec and quality of finish exceeds other contractors.
