  Home renovation project

We’ve had a really positive experience with Arrow & Construction. The team are professional, reliable and easy to deal with, and the quality of their work has been excellent. They’ve been responsive throughout and always happy to help when we’ve had questions or needed anything. Would definitely recommend them.

Fix the leak! Water from the en-suite shower was coming through downstairs neighbour’s ceiling!

Arrow Design Ltd told us how much the work would cost after I send photos (this was not a quotation but rather an all in cost plus VAT) which included removing the bottom tiles and old shower tray, fixing the leak, purchasing a new shower tray, making the new support for underneath sourcing & purchasing replica tiles, refitting everything and removing all rubbish! We were sent an invoice by email and paid half the amount on the first day and the balance on the day after the work was finished. The job was supposed to take 3 days but in fact took 4 due to the previous bathroom installers shoddy work but the cost remained the same! We couldn’t to be happier with the finished job. Initially two people arrived to start work but because the space was so small Tom had to do all the work on his own he was extremely polite, tidy and always arrived on time. Thank you Tom.

  Replacing a joist

Arrow Construction Ltd (Bartos and his team of skilled artisans) quoted remotely (using images and an engineer’s drawings) then visited twice more to deliver a robust estimate, which was guaranteed. The quote also contained a payment schedule upfront, which we found useful and was kept to. The task itself, replacing a joist, of a first floor bay in a late Victorian era house, was completed in less than 10 working days, with the very minimum of disruption and the house was left clean and habitable after the team had finished each day. Arrow Construction merit their status as Master Builders. We found no faults or snags, the finish was perfect but importantly the gentleman working in our home were hard working, courteous and despite their demonstrated expertise, asked questions if there was room for doubt on any aspect. We recommend Arrow Construction both on the quality of the outcome and for value for money.

  Bathroom Supply & Fit

Reliable skilled builders - genuinely great job!

We recently had our bathroom renovated by Bartos and his team, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The space was very small and needed a lot of clever thinking to make everything work properly, but they were incredibly patient throughout the whole process and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. You can really tell they take pride in their work. The attention to detail and quality of the finish was excellent. The team were communicative, and cleaned and tided up each day, which made a difference while work was ongoing. We would absolutely recommend to anyone!
