Jo and his team were amazing. They installed a Mitsubishi air con unit for me on the hottest day of the year and despite working in horrendous conditions in full afternoon sun they remained cheerful and did an excellent job. They cleaned up and took all the packaging away. The unit is working well and it’s much quieter than I thought. The dogs and I are very happy.

Joe and his team of 3 acted in a most professional manner throughout the installation. On completion the property, both internally and externally was left tidy, removing all packaging etc. We decided to purchase Locally, Artech Air fitting the bill, both with product and budget. We were most fortunate in that once we decided after the Survey and a general discussion on the process the outcome has been excellent. We have no hesitation in recommending Artech Air.

I have a trifold door which in the summer can allow the room temperature to increase to way over 30 degrees. I accepted a competitive quote from Artech Air to install a Mitsubishi air-conditioner system. Joe and his team did the work quickly, efficiently, tidily, economically and with no fuss or bother. The team were a joy to have around. The hardware is remarkably quiet and effective and has reduced the temperature to a comfortable level during a heatwave where, outside, it was more than 32 degrees. I would highly recommend Artech Air and the Mitsubishi units to any potential purchaser.

Joe is a pleasure to have in the house and to do business with. The units he recommended are first rate. By good fortune the air con was installed three days before a heat wave and it has been absolutely brilliant.

Joe and his team have installed a couple of Aircon units for us and have been fantastic. From start to finish, Joe has been "on it" , providing great advice. The installation was so tidy - we didn't even need to do any re-decorating!
