I have a trifold door which in the summer can allow the room temperature to increase to way over 30 degrees. I accepted a competitive quote from Artech Air to install a Mitsubishi air-conditioner system. Joe and his team did the work quickly, efficiently, tidily, economically and with no fuss or bother. The team were a joy to have around. The hardware is remarkably quiet and effective and has reduced the temperature to a comfortable level during a heatwave where, outside, it was more than 32 degrees. I would highly recommend Artech Air and the Mitsubishi units to any potential purchaser.

Joe is a pleasure to have in the house and to do business with. The units he recommended are first rate. By good fortune the air con was installed three days before a heat wave and it has been absolutely brilliant.

Joe and his team have installed a couple of Aircon units for us and have been fantastic. From start to finish, Joe has been "on it" , providing great advice. The installation was so tidy - we didn't even need to do any re-decorating! Joe and the team were fantastic throughout my install. Joe talked through my options, including what he recommends and what he can do. There were some some unique challenges with the location of my indoor and outdoor units. But solutions were found and the final result is amazing.
