Absolutely fantastic service. Incredibly professional team, that are really quick to respond and follow up on any queries. Couldn't be happier! During the initial site visit Daniel was polite, friendly and helpful, offering great advice and things to consider when selecting placement of the internal and external units. Tyler and Hakim who installed the AC were also very professional, and did an excellent job in very challenging circumstances (in the loft when it was 30C + outside!). I'm really please with the quality of the workmanship, they really looked after my home! Also AC is awesome!

We have used Artel on multiple occasions and have been consistently impressed with the quality of their service from start to finish. Every member of their team - from sales and administration through to installation and ongoing support - is responsive, professional, and clearly committed to delivering a high standard of work. The installation team in particular deserve a special mention; they are courteous, punctual, and always leave the workspace clean and tidy. I cannot rate the work carried out by Artel highly enough. From the beginning, the quotation process was professional and accomodating to our needs. It was no trouble when we asked for changes. The workmen who attended our house and carried out the work treated our house with complete respect. They were lovely to have around and were incredibly clean and tidy. The work has been carried out to a very high standard with all the piping / cabling very neatly boxed. It looks like the aircon has always been in place. I highly recommend.

Communication through the quotation period, responding to all questions plus accommodating my last minute changes were all dealt with efficiently. Over the 5 days required for installation, the team were polite and respectful and very tidy. I am very happy with the units, enjoying the heating function at this time and cannot wait to use the cooling function come the summer.
