After careful consideration we found the best possible option was to terminate the flue through the ceiling and on to the roof!

All complete with the new flue terminated onto the roof and the old hole sealed up!

After removing the old boiler we found the space was way to small for an up to date combination boiler as it would of been blocking the tap!

As you can see the existing flue was as high as it could possibly go and also against regulations!
