Really impressed with Tom and his team from Artifex. This is clearly a well organized, customer focused company, where everyone involved takes pride in what they do. This is reflected in the excellent quality of the finished result. I would not hesitate to recommend Artifex.

Generally very efficient while maintaining an approachable and friendly disposition. This was an extremely complex job with such issues as a very complicated structural design, my personal choice to use reclaimed roof tiles etc. Some use of sub-contractors but generally they were fine as well. Overall very good standard of finish. Additional costs would be inevitable with the size/complexity of this job but all discussed and reasonable, no issues there.

I found Tom and Artifex through Checkatrade and so glad we did. We bought our new home and the ground floor had 3 separate rooms, kitchen, bathroom and dining room. We wanted to have all 3 ripped down and opened up to one big kitchen/dining space. Tom came to quote and advise on the best course of action with great care and detail. His team arrived on the Monday and from the get go got down to working. All the team that arrived throughout the whole job were amazing. Friendly, honest and worked very hard. The best review I can leave for these guys is, I will be using them again for sure

Tom and his team were fantastic from start to finish. We were able to discuss in detail what work we wanted being done, the team were on time every day, turned up when they said they would and got the job finished to a very high standard. If any changes had to be made it was no trouble at all. Would highly recommend!
