    Landscape half of garden and replace with Artifical Grass

    After getting 3 quotes Artifical Group were down selected to complete the work, not just based on cost but the knowledge and professionalism they showed when quoting. Work was completed in a day which honestly blew my mind! Worked hard, left the place spotless and the work is faultless. It’s been a few months now and it’s still looking great. Thanks guys wouldn’t hesitate to use you again.

    Threatened to rip up my patio, after I asked for a snag to be fixed!

    Patio looked good initially, but within 24 hours defects appeared including resin staining/haze, missing and poorly filled jointing, loose bedding/concrete, chipped slabs and unfinished areas. I reported these immediately, but instead of a professional response I received messages stating they would "rip up" the patio if payment wasn't made. I no longer felt comfortable allowing them back. Complaint, photographs, screenshots and voice recordings have all been submitted to Checkatrade.

    Great Job fantastic looking Grass. Would strongly recommend

    Phil and his team did an exceptional and professional job. Quote was very reasonable. All communication were answered promptly. Arrived on site on the day stated at 07:15 and worked right through (on the hottest day in May) until job completion at 16:30. Grass looks fantastic. Exceeded my expectations. All edges neat and tidy. They even replaced our rotary washing line base. In particular I commend their commitment to detail especially at the joints

    Artificial grass laying

    Dug out our swampy grass and laid down artificial grass for us. Booked us in for a home visit and two weeks or so later the job was done. Really nice guys with no messing around got the job done and it looks lush
