My name is Simon Goodman, welcome to Artistic Block Paving! I am 52 years of age and at the age of 18, I joined a local paving company, A.T. Knott, and Sons.
I worked in this company for 11 years! Most of the work was on new developments and during this time I was taught the paving game by various skilled tradesmen! After 11 years, I decided I wanted to branch out on my own! 23 years later, brings us too now!
The people that work with me have been doing so for 20, 17 and 9 years.

Remove existing front garden and walls. Laid new block driveway and walls to both sides of property.
Artistic paving was recommended to us. We had the front garden area total removed, including side walls on both sides. The new driveway was laid with Argent blocks and the walls on both sides was built with house bricks. The works was completed within 8 days. Very happy with the completed job, and the service Simon and his team provided. The job was completed to the agreed quoted cost and finished with a few extras trimmings.

This is now the 4th occasion we have used the Artistic Block Paving 'Crew' and they never fail to deliver! It is a real pleasure to have Simon G, 'Digger' Simon, Ricky and Callum working in and around our home. The team put in a good shift and progress is easy to measure! Also, and a curse with some builders, they they do not let their phones distract them from the work in hard. What you get with Artistic is quality workmanship for your money! Special thanks should also go to Stephen and Mark for clearing the old decking away with little or no fuss! A great job with real VFM and a great team!

This is the second time this year that we have used Artistic Block Paving. The first time was to create a front drive for us, and this time was to design and build us a new back garden. Well what can I say?? It's a shame there are no other outdoor project requirements for us, and equally its a shame Simon and his team don't do indoor work as we would have them back in a heart beat!! Simon and his team are very professional, very approachable, very thorough, and very tidy, and they will ensure that everything is completed to the customer's satisfaction. Replacing existing crazy paving and upgrading to block paving.
Professional and skillful. Excellent quality of workmanship. Punctual. Job completed to a very high standard. Tidied up at the end of the working day. All debris removed from site on completion of work. Highly recommended
Repair and extend drive and replace front door step.
Our driveway had some broken crazy paving - a fiddly job! Another workman had started the job and had made it worse! We asked Simon if he would sort the mess. Simon and his team were excellent hard workers. From start to finish Simon explained how they were going to do the work. They were all very friendly, courteous and are skilled workmen. They tidied up after themselves each day and nothing was too much trouble. The driveway looks fabulous! Thank you very much for completing an excellent job. We thoroughly recommend Simon and his team for a professional driveway!
