  Bad workmanship and even worse customer service

  Avoid this company! I have used them for years, the quality of their engineers has drastically decreased, as has their customer service! There are 3 individuals in my household who are registered disabled and I had no hot running water in my kitchen, having to boil saucepans to wash up for weeks! Due to shoddy installation. I am now hundreds out of pocket after they repeatedly failed to correctly install a kitchen tap. Charging me repeatedly to mess up the same installation and blaming the manufacturers. I eventually paid for a second opinion and had a report written, at Arton's request!

  Fitted Boiler and Rerouted the Gas

  We recently had a boiler fitted in our loft and the whole team at Arton were helpful, knowledgeable and listened to what we wanted, which is not something we had experienced elsewhere! Mark and Luca were the engineers who fitted our boiler and they were fantastic! It felt like we had friends over rather than workmen, very personable and friendly. They went the extra mile and made a ‘house’ out of the boiler box for our 2 year old and he loves it! The whole thing was easy from start to finish, would highly recommend!

  Leaking Toilet

  I have contacted Arton for two separate issues over the past few months. Once for a shower leak and the second a leaking toilet. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, particularly Luke for any plumbing requirements. When reviewing the toilet unfortunately Darren couldn't resolve the issue at the time of diagnosis, so Sue and Jess (in the office) arranged to get a new plumber out the next day, to avoid a delay. A big thank you to Sue and Jess for all their help! The plumber sent was Luke, who was absolutely fantastic and I cannot praise highly enough for his work!
