    Repairing UPVC not locking on the heat.

    Claude was very punctual in calling back and also doing the job for my elderly parents. it wasn't a straightforward job but he navigated all the issue, through his experience and kept me informed on what he was doing throughout.

    Door lock and fittings

    The company owner came to review the system and found that several items of the system were jammed and were responsible for the failure to open and shut the door. He then proceeded to buy the correct items and to save some parts in case they needed to be used in the system in the future. He then manipulated the fittings and then opened the door. He then took great care of cleaning the system and then reassembled the door.
