Had andrew come to replace toilet very reliable and very professional

Reassured. Confindent. Delighted. That's how I felt dealing with Andrew and his team. Extremely responsive during quoting. Appropritae communication regarding arrival time. Incredible commitment to doing a great job. He gave great advice regarding the products to use, which i didn't quite appreciate the importance of. Nevertheless he managed a work around. On top of that they were really pleasant to have around.

Great experience. Clear communication leading up to their arrival and throughout the process. Very easy to talk to and fitted the shower brilliantly. Would recommend and would use again.

Space was limited, but the plumber, having seen photographs provided, had pre-planned the job, and re-arranged the cold water plumbing to allow a new dishwasher with an inlet filter to be connected, although an under sink waste disposal unit is present. He also allowed that any future washing machine replacement with inline filter could also be accommodated.

Andrew and Micheal installed and repaired sinks and taps to the kitchen and bathroom. The work completed was at a high standard, professionalism and courtesy, I am very happy with the work completed and interaction with the team.
