Boiler call out
Mat from Aryan Contractors was out the next day to fix our boiler issue. He explained the situation and how it could be avoided. Gives you great confidence in his knowledge when he can explain it for somebody with little plumbing or boiler knowledge.

Unvented Cylinder installation
Mat from Aryan Contractors is a very nice man, was in good contact about the job leading up to the work, as I had lots of questions about possible solutions. In the end I was quoted a best found price for the job. I'm very happy with the work. Supply and fit a 210 litre unvented cylinder Reinstate pipe work in 22mm as primary feeds Cylinder location to be centre of loft with a reinforced ply pad as per G3 unvented regulations Rewrite central heating controls and valves Supply and fit a expansion vessel for the central heating system as this will improve the boiler circulation.

Find a leak
Very efficient service, carried out with enthusiasm and a smile. Replaced boiler having found the leak but also fixed a problem in the water tank in the loft as well.

Repair water leak under floor boards and refit tiles after repair.
Matt arrived on time, identified water leak under floor boards and repaired it within an hour. He took extra care when removing the tiles to minimise damage . Came back to refit tiles once area under floor boards was dry. An excellent job overall!

Replacing broken pipe from dishwasher
Matt was very speedy and very helpful and sorted the broken pipe no probs. Also fixed a few other plumbing issues while here. Highly recommend him and will use him for any more work we've got.
