    We were very lucky to have found this company. They gave a very reasonable quote for a new roof, we accepted, paid the deposit and scaffolding arrived within a day or two. Work was completed and quite frankly, we are delighted with the result. The team of hard working individuals were incredible. Always tidy, caring and considerate for our neighbours as well. We could not be happier and have no hesitation in recommending this company. The professionalism from all the team was astounding. You won’t get better I’m sure.

    I recently had work completed by ASAP Property Maintenance Ltd and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and hardworking.     Ridge tiles cleaned repointed & Chimney repointed

    Great work from the lads who came. Would not hesitate to recommend. Would definitely use again. Friendly, professional, trustworthy right from first communication. I had lots of small jobs as well as the ridge tiles that needed doing (all listed below) and they just got on and did them all to a great standard. Ridge tiles cleaned and re pointed Repointed the chimney, rendering damaged bricks. Chimney top cleaned and reflaunched Lead flashing re fitted and applied 2 coating of Fibreglass sealant. Pointing of walls in various spots & Downpipe unblocked. Great work! Thank you!

    Box gutter repair

    Levi gave a price, but then when ok the quote come back saying sealant gone up, extra £150 ,two chaps turned up as arranged was there 2 hours , charged £1300 and gutter still holding rain water , which I told Levi that needs to be built up so rain runs away! Texted for them to come back to put right… no reply

    Thank you for your feedback. The issue reported was a leaking box gutter. We provided two options and you chose the repair option, accepting the quote beforehand. Our team completed the agreed repairs, cleared a blocked downpipe free of charge, and most importantly stopped the leak into your property. When you later mentioned some water remaining in the gutter, we advised we would return to inspect it. Unfortunately, this review was posted before we had the opportunity to revisit. We feel this review is unfair as the agreed work was completed and the original leak was successfully resolved
