  They contacted me straight away and kept me up-to-date on the expected time of visit. The two sources of the leaks were located immediately and a plan of action was explained to me. After carrying out remedial work; I had the choice of continuing to use this company to carry out the work or they were happy for me to seek further quotations. I decided to ask them to return, to carry out more permanent repairs, as I had been very happy with their service.

  Some slates had dislodged from the bottom of my roof causing water to leak in. I was very distressed as it was in my son’s room. Was recommended ASAP roofing by a friend. Called them and they were here with the hour to fix the problem. Lovely guys and very professional. He has even checked in to see if all is ok. Would definitely use again.

  Brilliant guys. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Went out of their way to do a great job repairing my chimney, and then even managed to sort out my loose ridge tiles too. Great communication throughout, and I wouldn't hesitate to have them back or to recommend them to friends and family.
