Mick and his team at Ascent Loft Conversions carried out a loft conversion for me this year and a 2 story extension last year. He showed high level of confidence, experience and integrity and was always responsive. He consistently answered the phone when I called, which I found impressive being available to respond to client queries . He was always willing to take responsibility and address issues when raised. His core team had overall good manners, good attendance and good quality of works, and he offered flexibility with payment timings, which was appreciated. I highly recommend Mick.

Mick was enormously flexible in the face of changing planning requirements and layout. He dealt with every set back with good humour and managed relations with neighbours deftly. We are very grateful for his ingenuity with engineering problems and diplomacy with people management. Should we ever need to do works again we will certainly call Mick.

Was very happy with every aspect of Ascent Loft Conversions work. The lads made a massive effort to get the bulk of the intrusive work done during a 2 week period we were on hols which was really appreciated.

Mick and team did a loft conversion for us. It was a tricky space due to staircase in the middle of the house but they did a great job in maximising the usable space. Mick has a lot of experience and this showed throughout.
