Fabulous company. They were VERY quick to respond to my enquiry; they sent a highly skilled technician who was polite and provided answers to all my questions. The servicing was very good value (basically one third of what our greedy original installers wanted to charge us) and the diagnostic and repair of the faulty part in one fireplace was quick and good value. I recommend this company very strongly.

Colin did a fantastic job installing a granite hearth, cast iron insert, and limestone surround for me. He was quick to respond, punctual, and his workmanship was outstanding – precise, clean, and very tidy. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.
