Where have they gone?
Having used Ascots 3 years ago and been very pleased with the working relationship and work done, I recently placed an enquiry for further work. Left messages on 4 different phone numbers, email and via Checkatrade enquiry. Absolutely no response. Presume now not trading. Very disappointed.

Change front door and side window
Don’t touch this company. My front door don’t fit probably. You can never get hold of them. Customer service non existent. They are now trying to get the manufacture involved as they believe it could be a manufacturing fault. They also once done want their money in 48 hours. But try to get any problems resolved. Try 8 plus weeks.

New Patio sliding doors and window
Having used Ascots before and had no problems in using them again. Again had a very positive experience. Good prices, good products, good team of guys. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to have doors and windows fitted

New double glazed windows throughout property
I use Ascot Glazing for all my work now as they produce an exceptional standard of work. Products are very well made and always finished off perfectly. Very clean and tidy and very competitive with their prices. Great guys too. I will continue to recomend

New Windows and front door
Cant recommend ascots enough. The guys were really professional throughout the whole process. They took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I was aware off all aspects of the work that would be carried out. Love the look of the new door and windows and has made a massive difference to my home. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to have this kind of work done.

New pvc windows supplied and installed
Really pleased with the work and the company. Would definitely recommend them to future people looking to have any windows replaced. Good overall experience using Ascots and really pleased with the new windows, no more drafts and a lot less noise in our lounge.
