Didn't turn up. Didn't call to say why. Wasted the work day I took off for the appointment. No apology. No call back even after this was promised. Awful attitude over the phone. PLEASE give your custom to someone else. No idea how they're still in business - hopefully won't be for long.

Andrew was very professional and kept me up to date from start to finish including the delivery of the window. Reasonable pricing and would recommend again and will be in contact again in the future.

Andy was extremely polite and courteous on the phone when I spoke with him on a couple of occasions as he also was in person. He gave me a full explanation on what he would do when he came to measure up for a quote. He kept me informed by text and didn’t mind answering any questions I had about the job. Both Andy and Daniel were punctual, courteous, respectful of me and our property, informative and helpful. Daniel cleaned up properly after finishing and did a great job; no corners cut. Would highly recommend them and will use them for more work.

Replacement of blown glass windows

We had upvc windows fitted 15 yrs ago. Fitter came he suggested lowering the step at entrance I agreed not knowing it would lower the roof ,so the door does not open in to unit it catc hes on the roof .Asked him if he could sort it the only thing he could offer was to cut the corner off the door so it part opens so when owner came to collect cash showed it him. Said he would give us quote for new door he has £995 why should I pay its there fault told him cost is to much said he would get back to us that was 10 days ago also no letter box in front door,what a debacle
