Paul was great - very helpful and clear, obviously knows what he is doing and helps you understand the issue and what to do should it happen again. Thank you very much. Was able to fit an electric hob for my Grandfather who ended up needing Electric now not gas. The communication was excellent and was able to assist us before the bank holiday.
