  Punctual, efficient and professional.

Very professional, punctual and efficient. Took time to explain what was going on and proved what he had done. Very thorough testing and even reattached a CPU box cover for me. He fixed a faulty light in a garden flat and tested connections and safety to ensure it was within safe parameters. Would use again.
