The experience was great, right from the start the communication from their office and the surveyor was first rate. No pushy salesman but a competitive quote and left to decide. When agreed the organisation was easy and a date arranged. The team turned up and carried out the work very professionally whilst being friendly and getting the job Dane. I was in 2 minds on whether or not to remove/encapsulate flooring in kitchen cupboard flooring that had asbestos detected (tiles and adhesive both in good form and low risk). Ashbee provided a clear and thorough assessment of the options, explaining the risks involved with leaving the tiles as they are, encapsulating them, or removing them, along with the associated costs of each approach.Their honest assessment and advise helped me make a decision quickly.
