Declan and Ashcott Construction did a fantastic job and have completely transformed our home. Declan is always honest with timeframes and potential issues he may see with the project; he isn't a builder that will simply tell you what you want to hear. We have always felt that the quotes we have received are fair and have never been asked for additional payments other than what was agreed in the payment terms upfront. The quality of the work is second to none and we have never had to call them back to rectify anything within the guarantee period. We can highly recommend Declan and his team.

Declan was incredibly efficient,helpful,reliable and thorough he explained what he would be doing ,and how showing all completed work at each stage. He was responsive and prompt in providing a quote and time lines for completion. He arrived on time everyday as agreed, I found Declan and his team not only efficient, but extremely courteous and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
