Sam expressed an interest in the work and set a date and time to pop round. Don’t know if they came but never heard a word from them despite several text messages back and forth.

Sam was a pleasure - from the first contact he communicated well, his quote was reasonably priced with a breakdown of materials/labour, he set expectations on what he would be doing each day and delivered on those expectations. Would use his services again
