    Replacement waste water pump in utility room

    Waste water pump in utility room replaced on 9th Dec .I reported to Martin promptly it was flooding the room when washing machine was used.He did not attend to look at it until 11th Jan and booked to return on 18th, appt. Cancelled, same again on 19th, rebooked for 1st Feb, waited in all day, did not turn up and no message, apology or offer to come back. After 10 weeks of flooding we have had to pay another plumber to do job again and he advised pump Martin fitted was not fit for purpose and not installed correctly. Martin is not replying to emails of complaint and request for refund.

    Remove old boiler/flue and replace with new. Replace mid position valve in airing cupboard.

    Martin and his team arrived on time and worked professionally, keeping me informed at all times on progress throughout. Everything was left clean and tidy and I received a follow up call from Martin to check all was well the following day. Very happy.

    Major repair and refurbishment of a walk-in shower where water leakage had done significant damage.

    Excellent work done to complete satisfaction. Also very helpful in providing help and advice to jobs outside the scope of the main job.

    Whole new shower room

    The whole experience with Martin has been very straightforward and stress free. He offered helpful suggestions and always kept in touch with work progress When a product that was supplied by another Company did not meet the requirement, Martin was able to offer a different solution that was actually a better end product and saved me money. Very professional, trustworthy and friendly and he always cleared up and left the home clean and tidy. Really pleased with the end result and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Martin for any bathroom or plumbing requirements you may have in the future!

    Gas Boiler Installation

    New boiler fitted

    Service couldn't be faulted. Reasonable price, turned up on time as promised and all work completed efficiently and with a smile. Very reassuring for elderly parents. Have now asked Martin and colleague to undertake annual service. Thoroughly recommend his company.
