Repaired my Beko washing machine
He answered his phone promptly, he made return calls when he said he would. He was very communicative and gave explanations to various things. He seemed a very likeable chap, easy to get on with. Would recommend him and have done so to family. The washing machine has been working without any problems, he made a curtesy call to check on the machine. Charge was very reasonable.

Supply of replacement parts for vacuuming system
I needed a replacement for a broken plastic pipe on our central vacuuming system. Stuart offered me a set of three interconnecting ones and said that he would make no charge as they were surplus to his requirements. He added to his generosity by delivering them, again free of charge, to our flat. We now have not just a replacement for the broken pipe but an improvement — an extended reach for the system with metal pipes rather than a plastic one. Excellent customer service!
