  Felt replacement, leadworks replacement, chimney repointing, fascia board replacement

  Lenny at Ashley roofing was great at communicating about the work being done and about timings after the job start was delayed due to weeks of rain. When the work started, it was done to a good standard. New problems were found as the work was in progress, the team was flexible and able to fix these at reasonable cost. It did take 3 weeks for the scaffolding to come down after the job was finished but that was the responsibility of a different company.

  Friendly, efficient, punctual, price as agreed

  Excellent! I had a leak in my roof that needed to be fixed before I went on holiday. Spoke to Lenny on the phone who was really helpful and gave me a price on the phone which he kept to. They turned up on time, were really polite and friendly and did a great job. Tidied up properly, double checked the job inside and outside and all in all were amazing. Highly recommended.

  Excellent service and great communication

  It was a positive experience working with Lenny and Callum from Ashley Roof Maintenance. Communication was excellent from start to finish — Lenny kept me informed at every stage and explained everything clearly and provided photos and videos to show what repairs were needed. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and completed the job to a high standard. They were polite, professional, and left the area clean and tidy afterwards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
