Our experience with Joe and his team has been extremely disappointing. Despite charging high-end prices, their work was riddled with poor workmanship, inexperience, and unresolved issues. Many installations were so flawed that we had to hire professional plumbers to redo their work. Despite numerous attempts to address these problems, they refused to take responsibility and still demanded payment for incomplete and substandard work. We strongly advise against hiring this company. Save yourself the stress and costs—hire someone reputable instead!

Ashton’s were always quick to respond to my initial enquiry, they were very communicative whilst are arranging a suitable time for the works to be carried out. They turned up on time, were tidy, courteous and very nice. They did a great job and I’ll be using them for any future plumbing and heating work.

Joe has been my plumber for years, he’s always a my go to for any problems. He’s fast, reliable and also does the job to a high standard. He’s fixed many issues my previous plumber caused, always is happy to sort my landlord safety certificate and carry out any jobs I need when my tenants report them to me.

The pump for the pool was broken, Joe sorted it out in no time! Brilliant!

The quality of work has been exceptional. We have had a couple of heatpumps fitted along with the rest of the plumbing. So glad we found a reliable, easy to work with and happy plumber.

I am very lucky to choose Ashton Heating and Plumbing. Joe did such a great job and it’s been 8 years now and I didn’t have any issues. Joe regularly does the servicing and maintenance. He gives us an excellent improvement ideas and I am very impressed and I highly recommend.
