Faulty over head light/switches
Adam was the most communicative and friendly electrician I have ever encountered. He called to say when he was stuck in traffic, he charged exactly what he quoted, when a problem reoccurred he returned promptly and fixed it. He explained things his problem-solving method as he progressed, and his conclusion. I found him unpatronising and respectful of women. Broken recessed ceiling lights
