Although you hadn’t contacted us, we do always invite clients to ask questions or discuss suggested treatments, so they feel comfortable to proceed. Insitu has been in business almost 30 years. We conduct surveys, and undertake remedial works, on many listed properties throughout Surrey and Sussex. Through these experiences, we are fully aware of the stringent planning and conservation considerations in place. We liaise with property owners, council planners and building inspectors when dealing with buildings of special historic interest. This association brings us into contact with specialist craftsmen and tradesmen who use both traditional and state-of-the-art methods to restore these structures. As approved contractors for leading treatment manufacturers, we regularly receive training, and attain industry recognised accreditations. Consequently, our knowledge and understanding of the property preservation industry, and its governance, is always current and relevant to the recommendations we make, and works we undertake.
