Another first class repair by Andy, who was able to come and see us on the morning I called. He fixed a new handle on the bathroom window and, as it was quite stiff, worked his magic to loosen it. Thanks again Andy.

Andy arrived slightly ahead of the agree scheduled time on the day I contacted him. Very impressed by that. He diagnosed the problem immediately and replaced the faulty lock and cut spare keys. He then made sure the door was aligned properly and all was working smoothly. Took no time at all. Also replaced a dog flap panel with a solid panel on another door in no time flat. Very impressed by all aspects of my contact with Andy and would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needed locksmith or window work. Excellent!

Andy was excellent and 100% professional in every way. I called Andy after a local shop had tried for over two weeks to find the part I needed, and failed. Andy took one look at a picture I sent him and in two minutes the item was identified and ordered, it came the next day and was fitted at a time that was convenient to me. 100% recommended and he will always be the first person I call for work on my doors and windows.
