Alex recently completed an EICR for me on a rented property. He was absolutely brilliant in getting this done so quickly at such short notice and had the completed certification over to me straight afterwards. No hesitation in recommending ASM Electricals. Great service.

Very brilliant trade person. Talked me through all of the various stages. The expert trademan did a great job. It was challenging job, but extremely delighted once he had finished.

Appt was 11am but rang last min last minute to change time. Arrived - said he needed tools "be back in 10 mins". 1 hr later came back - 2 of them looked and said they would finish another job then come back. Didn't turn up. Text late evening with appt for 5 days time, agreed and asked for estimate. Ignored for 2 days, chased asking for estimate and time. Confirmed appt time 6pm - no estimate given. By 7pm not turned up. Rang and told 20 mins. By 8pm not turned up. Texted cancelling. So no work completed - wasted 6 days waiting - each time told "another job" had over run. Won't bother calling again.

Excellent service. Absolutely brilliant company. Sorted out electrics in no time. Very polite, will use again with out any hesitation.
