Hotpoint Oven Repair. Very professional service. Prompt call out . Would definitely recommend

Alan came out quickly - the day after we phoned. Arrived when he said he would. Was willing to do the job in the evening. Gave a clear indication of the likely price range and was well within it. Completely successful repair of our main oven. Left the kitchen clean and tidy.

Andy arrived exactly when he said he would and was friendly and courteous. He gave me the price for fixing my Belling oven before doing the repair. It was a very good price and all fixed fast and efficiently. I would highly recommend ASM!

Alan was the first to reply on a Saturday night and booked me in for Tuesday…arrived at the tail end of the booked slot with apologies, was transparent on repair costs in line with discussion when booking and completed the job in a about an hour. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Alan was responsive, turned up exactly when promised and was able to fix our SMEG oven on just one visit. Transparent on fees and was tidy. Would highly recommend.
