Excellent service can not fault anything regarding this company

Used Robert so sort out some damp issues in September. He did not complete the job as he had quoted as there is still damp issues internally. At the time of the job I trusted Rob because of the guarantee, however upon inspection of the work once completed by him I noticed he had not completed all the internal jobs he had quoted for there was still damp at the property. He came to have a look and confirmed that there is nothing more for him to do. And since I have not heard from him. I paid Robert around £2,500 for this job, and the issue still remains with damp and he has since ignored

Excellent workmanship on time very polite and clean had to phone back as I had some work done in January just on a query because the wall was beginning to show signs of ginger type discoloring Rob turned up immediately checked it when threw it with the reason why it is gingering and I understood his explanation very well which was a rusty wall tie he politely remove this and it is perfect thank you so much for returning with no charge

A Buyer's survey suggested a damp course treatment was necessary. ASOS completed the assessment & the subsequent work carried out on time & neatly - would use again for other work.
