Avoid. The company expects payment in advance, always a red flag. I raised a customer support query as I was double charged for materials. They took 10 days to reply, but in the meantime sent constant emails from "Credit Control" demanding payment. They then had the gall to attempt to add a late payment fee, even though THEY were the side that was late in providing the service.

Worst customer service ever. Plumber was fine but misdiagnosed, so didn't fix problem. They take the money instantly off the card on record (pre-invoice). Have been promised refund - four weeks and 10+ calls later, still no refund. Just excuses/lies. Shoddy beyond belief - will never use again. As I said - guys were fine - but you'll never see your money if any issues/refunds. Ombudsman should investigate.

Asked Apect to quote us for a job to fix a small leak between the soil pipe and the roof. They came in with a quote of £17k !!!!! When I asked for a break down and some clarification on how that number was arrived at I got no response even after chasing.  As a reference I got quotes for the job around £3k including scaffolding. They charged £100 and then never followed up.  They are just after your money for quotes and then make sure they price themselves out with little to no transparency.

Great service - quick, professional, friendly. The plumber who attended, Martin, was a joy to deal with.

All done quickly and efficiently at the price quoted. Very pleased

Extremely happy with the service provided. Was kept informed of timing as to when the trades person will arrive. Michael was polite and courteous. Would definitely recommend.
