    They were very quick in responding to my job request but then it went from bad to worse: the first appointment was made for 1pm and at 2pm still nobody so I chased up and the guy was apparently late and didn’t bother announcing it. Then we accepted their quote and booked a date but nobody came, the main mobile number was disconnected/didn’t go through. I had to book a day off for this and I’m so gutted!!! I don’t understand the good reviews, they are complete time wasters and I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM, they’re useless!!

    Very poor quality of work, poor communication, Lack of initiative, failure to meet deadlines. Not paying attention to details, not taking the customer's needs into account. They have failed to implement the feedback received. Not taking responsibility after rectifying the issues. Although they promised to resolve the issues. Inappropriate behavior and not meeting expectations. They say they work with guarantee but there isn't any....
