I required an EV charger installed quite quickly. I contacted Aspect who came out to see me the same day, gave me a quotation which I accepted, and the charger was installed the following day. Brilliant. The work was carried out as agreed and without any mess or disruption. I would recommend Aspect based on my experience of their service.

People at Aspect are always polite, will call you back and will assist where they can to get a job done. If they have a cancellation, they will let you know if they can do a job earlier. Technicians are always polite and clean up after themselves leaving the area tidy. Always have great service from them.

I have used Aspect before and will do so again. Knowledgeable advice on the EV Charger make/model to choose, quick availability to install, installation technician was professional, thorough and very tidy. System tested and accepted. Technician returned 4 days later to tweak the eV charger settings to maximise charge rate. Very satisfied

Very prompt service - all dealt with professionally

After my panicked phone call that we had no power. Tom arrived very quickly and restored power to half the house, with the promise that someone else would come to investigate the issue more fully. Nathan arrived later and restored power. However, this unfortunately did not last long and he had to return a few days later. Upon further investigation a faulty cable was identified under the floorboards. This was isolated and full power was restored…and continues! All in all, a very prompt, friendly and efficient service. We would highly recommend Aspect Electrical.

Second time I have used aspect for EV related work. Very responsive, very reliable. New charger was sourced quickly and allocated engineer turned up on time. Very professional installation. Very happy overall
