Very positive experience compared to tradesmen I have worked with in the past. Was refreshing to see the engineer in uniform, presenting themselves and the company positively. The repair of the leak and service were done in an efficient manner, correct the first time round and within the allotted time the engineer allocated. They left my house as they found it, cleaning the mess that was made a result of the repair. Overall a great service was provided and I will using them going forward for repairs and services.
