    Avoid at all cost

    Communication from this company is severely lacking, and customer support shows little interest in understanding your frustration. I had two scheduled appointments, and on both occasions, the experience was completely unacceptable. I initially booked an electrician for a job via the website, selecting a time slot between 12:00–5:00 PM. I suspected an issue with a blown MCB. By 3:34 PM, I had received no updates, so I messaged them to ask whether an electrician would actually attend. I finally received a call from the electrician, who asked if I was flexible for an appointment after 7:00 PM. S

    wrong company- checkatrade need to do more to validate before posting! we are based in the northeast! not out custoimer! we pay a premium to checkatrade! for what! service is terrible! sick of this !

    New boiler installed. Changed from a normal boiler to combi boiler

    I put a post on check a trade requesting someone to come and install a new boiler as my old one was deemed beyond repair. Nick contacted me within 20 mins of posting and was round my house within the hour to give me a quote. Due to me having a 3 month old baby he deemed me to be a priority and started the work the following morning at 8.30am which was within 24 hours of my original post. I found Nick and his 2 male members of staff who attended my home to be very professional and friendly. They were very thorough and tidied up after themselves. I would highly recommend this company.

    Replacement boiler and central heating pump

    Nick and his staff did an excellent job. Supplied and fitted a new central heating boiler and pump. They also came across a problem which wasn’t their fault and worked tirelessly to resolve it at no extra charge. They were prompt, efficient, tidy, friendly and professional and did a great job.

24 hour Emergency Call outs With a 1 hour response time (subject to availability) are charged at a first hour minimum, if the repair is likely to exceed the first hour we will give a fixed price repair quote to include the first hour charge and parts, collection if non stock item and labour. All works are parts and labour guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. Standard price call out times are between 7am to 6pm 7 days a week. Times outside of these including Bank holidays and other Special days are at R2. Payment is upon completion, unless a remote customer, i.e. out of area landlords. If this is the first time we have worked with you, we will require payment prior to attendance. This can be made via bacs, card, phone or payment link and must include the PO we provide as a reference.


Customer Loyalty To show our appreciation and by way of a thank you, we give our returning customers Up to 25% discount on our standard rates. You will also receive priority in terms of booking new works or emergency calls.

Booking: We may require a 30% booking deposit for emergency callouts; this is nonrefundable in the event of cancelation.

Landlord CP12s, Gas Safe Certification. We will only complete a Gas Safe inspection when combined with a full service. We do this for two reasons, First, a neglected system is like a neglected car, it runs inefficiently and as such costs more for the tenant to run, increases the waste of recourses and pollutants. Secondly, we want to help prevent breakdowns and costly repairs caused by poor service history, help protect your investment and reduce resource waste.

Quotations If invited to provide a formal quotation, we will conduct a thorough survey and discus your requirements and ideas so we may provide a visualization, materials schedule, product layout and scope of works. Once we have put your quote together, we will email or visit with a printed version to discuss further. If the works to be quoted are extensive we may require a quote deposit for designs and material schedules, this is refunded upon commencement.
