Absolutely amazing service from Jim from start to finish He is so so professional and the advice he gives while the work is being carried out is amazing

We’ve had a great experience with Aspects. James has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process — always available to answer questions, offer thoughtful suggestions, and support us whenever needed. He was always at the end of the phone and happy to come over to discuss things in person whenever we asked. We had our bathroom completely refitted and it was a large job! We would definitely recommend Aspects. We’re extremely pleased with the service we received and felt completely confident in James throughout. He’s someone we’ll absolutely use again in the future. James was excellent from start to finish - very high quality work & explained every stage of the process. Kept to agreed costs and timeframes and very pleased with the end result, nothing was too much trouble. The house was also kept tidy throughout the work being undertaken

This is the second time we have used James for a new bathroom . He is reliable , friendly and really takes pride in his work . The new bathroom looks fantastic and finished to a very high standard, with great attention to detail. It’s so reassuring to have a tradesman you can trust to turn up as promised , do an excellent job, and leave everything spotless . I would not hesitate to recommend James to anyone needing work done .

James was a very pleasant plumber, he always arrived on time and worked all day, no leaving early to attend to other jobs. He quoted 8 days to gut our small bathroom containing a bath and sink and replaced it with a lovely walk in shower and new basin and large towel rail radiator and that’s how long he took. james kept us informed each day with what was happening and consulted us before doing any fixings, which we thought was very considerate. Would recommend James for any plumbing and bathroom work. He is conscientious and trustworthy and likes a cup of tea
