    Professional & experienced team

    John & Callum have gone above and beyond in my expectations of building works carried out in our Victorian terrace. They advised us and did multiple site visits before commencing any building work or any contracts were signed. This reassured us that we were working with professionals and those 'in-the-know' about restoring an old building to a more modern age, but still keeping the character and traditional materials of our home at the forefront. If you are looking for a seamless construction company to carry out work for you, look no further than Aspire Darlington!

    Removal of chimney breasts and installation of structural steel work.

    Thrilled with Aspire Construction. John came out to look at the job and provided a detailed and reasonable quote. I was kept informed throughout the entire process. Aspire took care of the building regulation application and managed inspection dates etc. Workmanship is exceptional and the team really pulled out all the stops to complete on time without cutting corners. Despite being a rather dirty job the team went the extra mile and made sure everything was clean and tidy throughout the day. I am very impressed with the service provided and a huge thanks to John and the team!

    Structural wall removal

    John was amazing, he went above and beyond for us prior to us confirming Aspire for the job. John helped find a new engineer who was fantastic. Callum helped speed up the process by liaising with the council on our behalf. The work has been carried out to a high standard, the builders left our home tidy and have been so helpful. We couldn’t be happier. We’ve had a wall removed, two beams installed, window bricked up and room plastered. Our quote was very reasonable and I would have Aspire back for any future works. Extremely reliable and professional. Special mention for Mick and Jamie
